Canberra was designed to be a car-centric city, with most destinations & attractions reachable within 5 to 20 minutes' drive. However, there is a growing push for more sustainable and active travel options including cycleways and better public transport. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Woden bus interchange and cycleways if you have a bicycle.
Gym & pool area and other communal facilities may close without prior notice if its seasonal or maintenance work is required.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: We provide all basics such as hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, toilet cleaner, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, multipurpose spray, paper towel, tissue/napkin, laundry powder etc.
